Is this a scam? Why haven't I heard of this?
It is natural to be skeptical of "unclaimed money" claims. However, surplus fund recovery is a legitimate legal process. How you know we are legitimate:

- No Sensitive Data: We will never ask for your Social Security number or private banking information.
- Public Records: Every claim we discuss is based on documented public records from county tax sales or foreclosures.
Why wasn't I notified by the county?
Counties often send notifications to the address of the property that was sold. Since you no longer live there, these notices frequently go undelivered. Additionally, if funds remain unclaimed, they eventually revert to the government, so there is little incentive for the county to track you down.
How long does the recovery process take?
The timeline varies by county, but it generally takes between 60 to 120 days from the time we file the claim to the disbursement of funds. We handle all the paperwork to ensure the process moves as quickly as possible.
What information do I need to provide?
Initially, we only need your name and the property address to verify the claim. To finalize the filing, some counties may require a copy of your driver's license for identity verification.
What happens if the claim is denied?
